Mum is surprised that the time flies so fast. In this case we would say:

е мя лети т!» or «Как (бы стро) лети т вре мя!»
Mum is a bit upset:
Все спр
а шивают: «Ско лько Вам лет?»... ведь мне уже 50!
– Ско лько Вам лет? - Мне 43 го да. - How old are you? – I’m 43 years old.
– Ско лько тебе лет? – Мне 19 лет. - How old are you? – I’m 19 years old.
– Ско лько ему лет? – Ему 52 го да. - How old is he? – He’s 52 years old.
This construction is also used with the Dative case. Mum says:
...отвечать мне уже не хочется...
Мне (не) хочется = Я (не) хочу
This construction with the Dative case is more colloquial. We use such constructions a lot in our speech.
Мне не хочется спать. - I don’t feel like sleeping.
Вере хочется больше играть в театре. - Vera would like to work more in the theatre.
Маме не хочется говорить, сколько ей лет. - Mum doesn’t want to say how old is she.
In the end mum says:
Приглашаю и вас ко мне на день рождения!
The construction ко мне, к тебе, к нему, к ней, к нам, к вам, к ним:
к + pronoun (be careful with the special forms к нему, к ней, к ним) or a noun in the Dative case
It is usually used with the verbs of motion: идти/ходить, ехать/ездить and others. We’re going to talk about them in our next lesson.
