Всё равно = it doesn’t matter, there’s no difference, either way.

We use the Accusative case after the verbs приглашать/пригласить /to invite so the word «друзья» (plural of «друг»/ «friend») here is in the form of the Accusative case plural — друзей. Please remember this form, we will talk about it in more detail later.

Сейчас в Петербурге сезон корюшки, надо обязательно купить килограмма три, пожарить. Пальчики оближешь!

Корюшка — is one of the “tasty” symbols of Saint Petersburg. It’s a very tasty and delicate small fish that smells like cucumbers. It’s fished in the Neva river and in the Gulf of Finland only in the period from the end of April till the end of May.
Saint Petersburg citizens really love it, and every year we try to make in time to buy it for frying, pickling or even cooking a light spring soup.

When we say килограмма три it means approximately 3 kilos. If we want to emphasize a precise amount, we would say: три килограмма.
It works for time as well. Часов в пять — at about 5 o’clock, fiveish. В пять часов — at 5 o’clock sharp.

«Пальчики оближешь!» – it’s an idiom that means “very tasty”! Literally it means that you will lick your fingers after finishing your meal (because it’s so delicious).

«Пожалуй, ...» - is a word used to express a hesitation, uncertainty, indecision. It is usually put in the beginning of the phrase.
